Ana, at bedtime tonight:
Momma, sometimes I wonder if God is good or bad.
If he's good, then why do I have the dreams with the bad guys in them, and fits and stuff?
That's what I'm trying to figure out. How do I figure that out, if God is good or bad?

Wow, go Ana, having a Nihilist crisis at age 4. I think I was at least a teenager.
It is brilliant how she takes the little pieces of her world and puts them squarely into the big universe around her... and then finds questions about how it all fits.
