How can I tell him? My husband (whose birthday is tomorrow) who envisions this romantic, fun and relaxing kid-free weekend at a friend's wedding in Mississippi...
How can I tell him that I long to be with Harry? That after this weekend, I am ending it with Harry, and that he will never come between us again? But that he must allow me this one indulgence, and then it will be over.
Yes, I know, it's pathetic. But what can I do? I'm smitten.

I know what you mean. Even David is smitten with Harry. We've been waiting for him since February. It seems like a lifetime since we last met...
Ha! I totally know what you mean! Cade and I are fighting over who gets to read it first.
I relate. Our wedding anniversary is this Friday, and I've yet to decide whether dinner will be followed by something we're both interested in, or a visit to Diagon Alley and Hogsmeade. Saturday and Sunday will, of course, be even worse for romantic celebrations.
I've spent the last few weeks rereading the series, and I like to think that my family will be happy to have me back in the world of New Orleans at the weekend's end.
I just spent the morning in a meeting as the only one who had ever read them, so I'm just happy other adults are dealing with this! My biggest fear is that I won't be able to shut out news of the book before being able to finish it. We have a babysitter lined up for Sunday morning since Paul works through the weekends. The real test will be the party Saturday evening... what if the book arrives before then?
I have major anxiety about learning something related to the story in advance. I know there is so much more out there with this being the last installment in the series...but I don't remember leaks about Dumbledore with the Half Blood Prince. Do you?
How rude is it do read at a wedding reception? I am actually having these thoughts. And am wondering how many other attendees will be suffering from the same dilemma.
How dare someone get married on Harry's final release date! Just put it in a big bag, sit in the back and sneak the read in! Good luck!
Actually, it's Kenny Chauvin's wedding. I don't know if he's a Harry fan. I can't bring myself to ask.
